1. Transcript Review & Advising Sessions
All transcript reviews and advising sessions (academic, college, or career) are custom services based on the information you provide.
Refund Eligibility:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Rescheduling:
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please email us at support@codexacademics.com at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Downloadable Products (e.g., checklists, guides, planning tools)
Due to the digital nature of these resources, all sales are final for downloadable products.
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incompatibility with your device/software

User error (e.g., accidental download deletion)
If you experience a technical issue, please reach out — we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.
3. Quality Assurance
If you are unsatisfied with a service you’ve received, please contact us within 3 business days of your session to discuss your concerns. While refunds are not guaranteed, we are committed to addressing issues in good faith.
