3. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Refunds are not issued for completed services. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in a forfeited session without refund. We understand emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible.

All materials, reports, tools, and content provided by Codex Academics are the property of Codex Academics and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Codex Academics is not liable for admission outcomes, missed deadlines, or institutional policy changes. All services are provided as educational support only.
