At Codex Academics, we make it simple for students and families to receive expert transcript support. In order to complete your transcript review, you’ll need to upload a copy of your unofficial or official high school transcript.
What You Can Upload:

A PDF copy of your unofficial or official transcript

A clear photo from your camera roll of your printed transcript

Screenshots of your transcript from your school portal (must include full name + Classes +Semester Grades + GPA)
How to Get Your Transcript:
You can request your transcript in several ways depending on your school:

Ask your school counselor

Your counselor can provide a printed copy of your unofficial transcript upon request.

Visit your school’s website

Look under the Counseling or Academics tab to find the transcript request form.

Contact your school registrar

Every school has a registrar who handles transcript services and can send official or unofficial transcripts.

Note: We only need an unofficial transcript for review.

Your Information Is Secure
We respect your privacy. Transcripts uploaded to Codex Academics are securely handled and reviewed only for the purpose of the purchased service. All transcripts will be permanently deleted at the end of the current academic school year.
